    <content type="html">&lt;small&gt;[The feed is dark at first, and there is more sound than anything else. Specifically, a metallic &lt;i&gt;shhhing!!&lt;/i&gt; sound, over and over and over again, dull thuds as whatever is making the metallic sound connects with something, and then a grunt as its user extracts it to start the process all over again.]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[A moment later, Dirk's Riolu, Roxy, swims into the feed and makes a concerned sound at it, and the video is shifted to show the source of the sound.]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[It's Dirk, and the repetitive sound is him continually rushing at and slashing up trees in a clearing of a forest area somewhere outside of Violet City. Occasionally he'll embed the weapon-- a crudely-made sword, wrapped by hand in haste from one of his Skarmory's feathers --into the trunk of a tree and have to yank it back out.]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[He has no idea the feed is even on, nor does he seem to realize that his hands are bleeding from the poorly-wrapped weapon.]&lt;/small&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=heartsplintered&amp;ditemid=2646" width="30" height="12" alt="comment count unavailable" style="vertical-align: middle;"/&gt; comments</content>

And, uh-- Sawtooth, stop chopping up tree branches y'fuckin' nerd, get over here. &lt;small&gt;[The gear moves around in a dizzying motion as Dirk sets Roxy down and carries the gear to a nearby tree, in which his Skarmory is perched and, as mentioned, chopping away at tree branches with his wings. He's had Diva with him most of the day as well, and is currently sitting out on the lawn of Casa de Eglonde with him, leaning against the Ponyta's side because he's either an idiot or entirely dead set on getting frostbite, since he left his louder-than-a-traffic-cone jacket inside. His Wingull, as per usual, is perched in his hair, still wearing his silly little scarf.
